EVENT PENDING – COVID-19 Restrictions & VOLUNTEER SUPPORT Needed to Provide a SAFE Event– The Event Size and Presentation will be Compliant with Late October 2021 COVID-19 Requirement for Large Outside Events!  In Addition – We need to be able to recruit numerous volunteers for the Friday Set up and Saturday Event Days to be able to Present the Event.

BOO-PALOOZA – Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 10am – 2pm – Rain or Shine in Wicker Park – 1425 N. Damen, Chicago, IL 60622  Wicker Park Advisory Council’s Boo-Palooza is a Community Funded Event and acts as a fundraiser for the 2022 CREATE SERIES EVENTS & Programming that we produce throughout the year and to assist us in maintaining the 10,000 sq. ft. of Wicker Park’s Ornamental Garden. 

2019 Attendance – 2,500 – 3,000 participants – See Article Describing the Boo-Palooza

Boo-Palooza 2021 will Feature:

    • 10:30am – 11:15am Mr. Dave Music in Performance on Our Stage
    • 11:30am – Noon – A Costume Parade for All Ages with Prizes for Best Children’s Costumes, Family Group Costumes, and Adult Costumes
    • 12:30pm – 1pm – A Costume Parade for Dogs with Prizes for the Top 3 Dogs and Their Owners
    • Pumpkin Patch & Pumpkin Decorating Area – 10am – 2pm
    • The MAZE Area – 10am – 2pm
    • Photo OP Sets – 10am – 2pm
    • PIN IT – A Series of Pin the Tail on ‘Various Cartoon Animals’ – 10am – 2pm
    • Find the ‘Needle’ in The Straw Stack – 10am – 2pm
    • Dog Games – 10am – 2pm
    • Numerous Activity Tables Offered by Community Groups and Businesses

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS – All Sponsors Receive a Table to Promote at the Event

$5000    Presenting Sponsor – Can Negotiate Special Promotional Options like Social Media Posts, etc.

$1,500   Parade Sponsor – Choose Human or Dog Parade – Logo on Parade Route

$1,500   SOLD – STAGE SPONSOR – Ask Nagel Realty will SPONSOR The Boo-Palooza Stage and Mr. Dave Music Performance

$1,000   Event Sponsor of the Entire Event – You Support All Activity Areas Except the Parade and Stage

$350      Activity Area Sponsor – You Support ONE Activity Area

$50+     PRIZE SPONSORS – Donate a Prize worth $50 or More for the Costume Parades for Humans or Dogs and Receive a FREE ACTIVITY TABLE  

$50        TABLE ONLY – SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT – Contact Doug.Wood@WickerPark.org – ONLY For Not-For Profits, Community Groups, and Schools that cannot affort to PURCHASE on of the Sponsorship Levels Listed Above – We ask that you provide an activity at your table to engage the event patrons in addition to promoting your organization.  Your logo will ONLY appear on the event banners.

Presenting ($5000), Parade ($1,500) and Event ($1000) Sponsors Receive

    • Presenting Sponsor Receive all of the benefits listed below plus More Negotiated with the Event Coordinators.
    • Parade Sponsors Receive all of the benefits listed below plus You will lead the Parade and assist in announcing the Winners of the Parade. You will be introduced as well as your business on stage.
    • INDIVIDUAL PROMOTION OF YOUR BUSINESS:  Presenting, Parade, and Event Sponsors RECEIVE One or More Social Media Post on 3-5 Social Media Pages –  stating the Your Organization or Group is a Sponsor of Boo-Palooza – the post is focused only on Your Contribution and Directs Viewers to your Website or Face Book Page
