Since 2014, this Local Film Showcase has featured films made right here in Chicago in parks across the city. We're proud to support filmmakers working and creating in our city, and to enrich the Movies in the Parks program with hometown movies featuring, speaking to and relevant for Chicago. Our sixth season of local indie shorts and features comes to parks this summer, with thirteen Official Selections in 11 park screenings August 26-31
