The Prohibition Orchestra of Chicago is a 10-piece band dedicated to playing the music of the early big band era. All the arrangements played by the orchestra were published from 1923 to 1934. It is the real authentic sound, and The Prohibition Orchestra of Chicago is the only Chicago-area band currently playing in this style. The orchestra is composed of three saxes/clarinets, two trumpets, one trombone, piano, banjo, tuba, and drums, plus a singer.
